Some people have a hard time imagining that blood drives can be fun events, but then they probably have yet to participate in the World Blood Drive, or a blood drive featuring members of a Star Wars costumers club. Representatives of the World Blood Drive genuinely want blood donors and their families to have fun at blood drives. We also have some serious goals:
• To help save lives.
• To promote voluntary unpaid blood donations.
• To encourage people to become blood donors, and to donate more than once a year.
• To inspire children to become blood donors when they are old enough.
